I brought our RAV4 in for service and also had a question about a paint problem on two of the door handles. Our service manager, Ron Poblacion, had the service performed and also ordered new door handles and arranged the replacement of the handles while the car was still in the shop. We were pleasantly surprised to get all the service done at one time instead of having to bring the car back another time. Outstanding service!

All of my 5 stars go to David Love at Coggin Toyota. My husband set up to meet with David through truecar and as soon as we walked in David welcomed us very warmly. I was looking for a car for myself and already had some numbers in mind and what to expect. After two days of going back and forth David was able to negotiate with me the price and conditions I set. He was patient, very kind, and overall great! I'm happy I worked with him and impressed by his gentleman like demeanor towards me as I'm definitely no ordinary lady to deal with, given I wouldn't back up from what I wanted from the beginning.
