My service representative, Brittny, did an excellent job in checking me in and out. Kept me well informed and answered all questions. Actual service was swift and reliable. The waiting area was comfortable with good coffee.

The only "issue" was with the initial tire rotation, a balance of the tires was not recommended, if I recall. As the tires were MT, post rotation the front end had a shimmy at speed and needed to be brought back for a balance to cure. Not a huge deal but called for another trip back to the service department and a couple hours waiting, The balance did cure the shimmy I believe. Otherwise a great experience.

I brought my RAV4 in for scheduled service with Ron Poblacion. Check-in was quick and I left the car. I received a text recommending additional services to be performed which I approved to be done. All normal and extra recommended services were performed in a timely, professional manner and I was contacted when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Checking out went quickly and I was on my way. Ron Poblacion can always be counted on the get the job done right the first time. I will continue to get all my service performed at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues and would strongly recommend them to friends, family and neighbors.
