We were mostly pleased with our experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The mechanics found some serious issues that needed to be fixed and alerted us immediately. The only issue we had was that my alignment was off which I noticed as soon as I left, I called and left a message about it and no one ever got back to me.

We were scheduled for extended warranty service on our RAV4. The radio was malfunctioning and was replaced under the extended warranty! The repair time was scheduled and the wait timely! The new radio and map work great, like new!
