Experience was good except for longer wait than anticipated and the two services and fuel injection oil change, etc. was over $750 when I expected it to be around $450 after signing docs for approval to proceed. Maintenance manager who helped me was over average but did not explain services would be that much. I was quoted $189 and $139 for battery so labor was above average costs.

My son took our TOYOTA Highlander to COGGINS to have tailgate door fixed...automatic not working. My son waited for the repair which was completed in under 4 hours. Michael Adkins and Christopher Garcia expedited the process, for which I am so grateful! I'm in my 80s; opening and closing the tailgate was painful! We had received an estimate of over $1,900 repair, but my son found we had your Platinum policy! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THESE MEN, THE MECHANICS AND MY SON!
