I had a very positive first time experience. I was impressed by the huge covered intake area. I was further impressed by the service adviser area that was void of chairs. I like standing up and will sit down after we know what needs to be done with the vehicle. Service adviser Charlie was courteous and respectful. Vehicle issue was addressed and dealt with promptly.

It was very easy to get an appointment when I wanted one. I was greeted by tech and directed to Dave. He got all the information needed. I sat down, had a cup of coffee, and my car was back with a much needed wash job. Good job folks.
