We recently purchased a new Highlander from Coggin Toyota and it was by far the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! Emmanuel, our sales associate, was wonderful - he walked us through all of the features and different trim levels so we could narrow down our options. The GSM was very reasonable and negotiations were simple and to the point. No high pressure sales tactics, no long drawn out negotiations, and no headaches! Customer service was fantastic across the board and we are loving our new Toyota!

We are new to the area and have been searching for a service department. I contacted the Toyota service in Brunswick as well as the other Jacksonville Toyota dealers regarding service. Those interactions were troubling and definitely not options. I contacted Coggin Toyota. Jodi answered all my questions and scheduled an appointment with David Melkumov. I was greeted immediately upon entering the service area and escorted to David. He proved to be competent, helpful and easy to communicate. He took excellent care of my vehicle and kept me informed. I highly recommend Coggin Toyota.

Regular six month check up. Was greeted as I pulled in to the service bay and directed to my service adviser. Servicing took a little over an hour as usual. Quick and easy experience.
