Excellent experience! I bought a used Jeep from Coggin. When I left the lot with the car, I noticed that it wasn't running smoothly. They took the vehicle back and got it serviced at a Jeep dealership at no charge.

My service was excellent. I was able to make a Saturday appt and only had a 30 min wait for my car.

This was my first experience with a Toyota dealership as I just bought a new Land Cruiser.The service was efficient and professional. Gary McIntosh is a great service advisor.Really knows his stuff.He told me it would be about an hour.55 minutes later I was headed home.

I have never been disappointed at Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. They greet you at your car and are so courteous. At other dealerships I’ve had to find my way to service representatives. The lounge is comfortable and roomy. Thanks Coggin.

I have a Dodge Charger I purchased from Orange Park Dodge off of Blanding Blvd, which is much closer for me to get my car serviced, but because of their VERY POOR customer service and service in the service department, I take my car to Coggin Toyota, where we purchased our 1st car from. Great service and customer service. Should have gotten my car there as well, but I love my Charger besides the manufacturers service. Lol
