Gary does an exceptionally great job every time we bring in our car for service. Only used someone else once because Gary was off that day - won't do that again as it took over 3 hours of waiting because person couldn't seem to be on track with getting a new key made [both pieces] which person did 2nd piece AFTER key bob was finished instead of at the same time. BUT GARY is on the ball & takes care of us completely. Great job, Gary.

Easy to schedule appointment, shuttle ride to work, etc. Jenn in Service was FANTASTIC to work with!! Requested and paid for an interior cleaning, which was partially done. Jenn caught this before bringing my Tacoma back to me, sent the truck back to the shop, and had them do it right. She was VERY professional, friendly and really knows her stuff! She will be the reason I will return there for service, and I will be sure to ask specifically for her!
