The quality of service, as always, was excellent. What I especially appreciated were the frequent tex updates along with 'menu of services' that I received with explicit pricing information and degree of importance. This feature in particular reflected a degree of transparency not often experienced when dealing with automotive service departments.

Not really sure what I can say. It was a routine oil change. Nothing remarkable happened, other than I was able to get in and out fairly quickly, most likely because I'd scheduled an appointment online in advance. The service advisor was nice, and I received a text message letting me know about the need to change out the rear windshield wiper. Honestly, it's a bit annoying to be pestered for a survey, especially knowing that the service advisors rely on it as part of their compensation and are penalized if they get anything less than 5 stars. Seems like there should be a better and fairer way to handle this instead of relying on surveys.
