Everyone, particularly Carl Tebbe. I did have to wait a long time for my car, however, Carl kept me informed. He did not make any decisions without checking with me and explaining all my options. My car did have to stay a couple of nights so Carl made sure I got a loaner car. It was a good experience and I felt like everyone was working together to make things as easy as possible for me. Maintenance work was completed, although I have no way of verifying that. What bothers me is the service department did not have time to run my vehicle through a 2 minute car wash prior to returning it to me. My mothers Honda is serviced across the street from you and they always clean the car after maintenance. I have been coming to your location faithfully ever since my purchase from your dealership.
