John Voight was a pleasure to work with. I was not in the market to buy a new car and only went to Coggin to get my car's 5,000 mile service. John reached out to me the morning that I was bringing my car in. He made some points about my used car that made sense that now was the best time to trade in my vehicle. John was very knowledgeable about the all of the varieties of SUV's that I was considering. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. I will definitely recommend John to my friends and co-workers who may be looking for a new car. I am very pleased with the Highlander that I came home with!

Having an appointment really makes a big difference. The service center is very busy and was happy to get through in about an hour waiting. Very nice waiting room with a lot of comfortable places to wait. Plus they gave a little cafe.
