Excellent service! I took my car in because the airbag was recalled. From the time I set my appointment to the time the work was completed, I received clear and pleasant communication from the dealership. My account rep was very personable. I'd like to give a shoutout to the shuttle service. It got quite busy at one point, so it was a while before my name was called for transport. One of the shuttle drivers who was returning from making a trip and was about to go on break. When he checked the list and saw that several of us had been waiting for a while, he insisted on cutting on delaying his lunch so he could transport us. I actually wouldn't have minded waiting, but I was really struck by his thoughtfulness and effort to go the extra mile.
