I will say my salesmen experience was fantastic, although the negotiating was tough that’s the nature of the business. I appreciate James and all his work he put forth in with the purchase of my vehicle. Unfortunately I can’t say that in the finance offer I had the same experience, it did take a little for the processing and I certainly understand out of state document pricing. Then once the individual found out I was paying cash, he was done with any conversation with me. After I was not interested in any vehicle warranty he also seemed to completely shut down and really made me reconsider my business transaction with Coggin Toyota. At one point he question why would someone come in bringing that much cash when I could have just brought a check. For the answer, I drove from Charleston, SC to buy a car if the vehicle didn’t work out I wasn’t stuck with a useless check and continue shopping.

Jimmy Miller is always the best. He is the reason why I’ve returned to Toyota. Your finance team could be more friendly. If it weren’t for my sales rep Jimmy I wouldn’t return. I know they don’t make money on every deal but they could treat customers like they appreciate them.
