John was great! He was patient and picked out several cars for me to decide from. He took his time to find the right color and model for me to test drive and choose from. He calm and collected and did not rush or push the process unlike some other salesman I've worked with. I'm so happy with my new car!

Had to come back today since they forgot to reset the oil change monitor on the dash.

Great service facility. Everything delivered as promised. Minor improvements would make it excellent - complimentary car was has been unavailable last two visits (6 months apart) due to “needed repairs to the equipment.” Also, coupons should be taken off bill without reminder and things covered under warranty also should not require a correction to remove the charge from the bill. These could be innocent mistakes and I’m hoping next time will be better!
