The service didn’t take too long maybe 30-45 min wait but it’s way better than the last time! The employees actually act like they enjoyed their job, so that’s another A in my book. Car wash was down, and after I got my tires rotated my car started making weird noises while I brake. It’s a new 2018 Camry with less than 16,000 miles on it so it shouldn’t be doing that. Overall, they get the job done and their open earlier than most dealerships around here!

Well my new 2018 corolla would not start one day. After finally getting it towed to the dealership they checked it and stated nothing was wrong. They said possibly the gas I used which I found very weird. The staff was very polite obviously I am concerned about this possibly happening in the future. I dont think anyone can determine when they go to a gas station that it is good gas or bad we are hoping that the gas station is a good place to pump gas.

It is so easy to go thru Coggin Toyota Service. They are the Disney World of car service. You don’t have to wait for someone to help you when you pull in. The greeter personally takes you to the service coordinator, who takes care of everything. Chris was terrific and helpful as well as the other coordinators. Then you go to waiting area and time flies by with tv, food and beverages. They bring the car from the maintenance area and park it right outside the waiting area. I travel 60 miles to Coggin Toyota because their service is worth the drive.

I took my car in for service. They always do a good job. I had a different service advisor this time...Brittany...she was super. Kept me informed and made my visit very pleasant. I will return for sure. Thank Yoy
