My service advisor was great. The issue I have is when I showed up, I was shown to the advisor's desk and he was working with someone. There were 3 other service advisors not assisting anyone. Why couldn't they have checked me in? I'd recommend looking at the company policy for customer service. No one should be waiting in line when there are service advisor other assisting anyone.

My 16000 mile checkup was faster than any other dealership. Should never take more than a couple hours! Will not go anywhere else! Worth the 30 mile drive!
