Although I only came for an oil change the technician advised of other services my car required. My appreciate my coupons sent from Coggin being honored for service I required.

have a 2018 Highlander. Issue with telephone connecting to blue tooth to car and person on opposite end of phone getting annoying feedback that echoes everything they say. Carl was able to hear when we were there but unable to duplicate problem. They reset radio system and didn't tell that's what they did so I had to go back and sync everything back up.

I have service done by Coggin since I bought my Tacoma and rank them the best.

I like this dealership but not properly staffed. When you call you almost never get a service advisor. You are either on hold for ever or sent to voicemail. Not enough coordination in the Service Dept. Needs a coordinator to over see this department desperately!!!

Our issue has returned, but the service and attention we received was great. I haven’t contacted the service department again because I don’t have time to spend waiting to get it fixed again 😞
