I used your night drop off service for the second time. I called late Friday and was given an appointment for the next morning! I was able to arrive before closing so I got to go over the planned maintenance with Patrick in person. He looked up my maintenance history, made suggestions and recommendations. I appreciated that he listened to my concerns regarding my tires and immediately measured the tread depth. My car was ready early on Saturday morning and the shuttle picked me up within 10 minutes of me calling!! Very prompt service! I truly appreciate that you offer the shuttle as it helps me to have the freedom to come and go without having to 'get a ride'. Patrick did ring up my bill incorrectly and I thought he had found a great discount for me!! But, alas, today I got a call correcting the error!
