I had a great experience at Toyota. They were busy but still got me in and out of there in good time and offer free bottled water and coffee while you wait. The staff is always friendly and helpful in saving money however they can with coupons or specials.

Amanda T my service advisor was knowledgeable and very helpful. She addressed all of my concerns and took care of them. Frank the courtesy van driver went above and beyond what I expected. He was kind and helpful getting me from and back to the dealership on time. The service appointment was completed quickly. I was surprised by all of the good service from start to finish.

I was greeted with a smile and walked to the desk to give them my car information. They were very polite and able to answer any and all questions I had. They informed me that the software on my transmission needed to be updated. They were able to do that for me in a very timely manner. I was told my wait would be 2 hrs. But to my surprise they finished changing my battery, fixing my alignment and updating the software ahead of schedule!!!

I recommended Mr. Juan Tafur ...He advised me and gave me exactly what I needed! he was very explicit ... I loved the service of Toyota and the best thing is that I am happy with my new car!
