Amanda Thigpen was very thoughtful. She found me to tell me how long it would take to service my car. She took me to my car when it was ready. She answered my questions.

Jenny from the rental dept was great! I came in for my 20k service and a couple of recall notices and though there were a couple of times miscommunication w the service dept could've been an issue Jenny made sure I was taken care from beginning to end. Though it wasn't her job she took full ownership of my case and experience and I truly appreciated it. I am glad I ran into her that day.
