Check in person was very compassionate..However, I checked in for appt at 8:00 am to have oil change and tires checked since tire lite came on....tires were rotated, oil change done...car taken off rack and service technician put back on rack since tire warning lite was still on..one nail in drivers side tire and one on passengers front tire.....I am grateful this was found but It took over 4 hours to get this done....this is not acceptable time......over 4 hrs for someone who had scheduled appt. and waiting in lobby for something that should haven taken alot less time..

Got an appointment for 2 hours after I called. Not an emergency, just routine maintenance. Hanna (big smile) checked me in, gave me a time estimate, and sent me to a chair to snooze. She came to get me within 5 minutes of her estimate, found applicable discounts, checked for recalls, washed my Camry and showed me how to do some stuff on my nav. Very pleased. (I don't think she washed the car by herself.)

My salesperson was friendly , not pushy , and I feel like I got a great trade in value for my car! I purchased a brand new 2019 Toyota CHR and got a good price and great interest rate! The salesperson worked hard to answer all my questions even after the purchase!
