Prices could have been more competitive with the market.

Only want noted is why make an appointment when it is obvious you handle your service center on a first come first serve basis. Cannot the girls who face the check in area see you are already over loaded instead of bringing another customer in to wait forever Oil change/ tire rotation went well. Service rep was great but waiting 2 1/2 hours to get it done was not. Like I said, why make the appointment.

When I called for an appointment, I asked for as early as possible and told 8:20 am was the earliest available. I asked if I could arrive at 7:00 and was told that would be okay but I might still have to wait. She was very courteous and helpful. I arrived shortly after 7 and by 7:30 was given feedback and an update about my car. The service was so good that I was driving out of the garage at 8:15. Thank you

I had an appointment for oil change on my 2013 Prius recently. At that time, they checked my whole car and changed the oil, oil filter etc. I as completely satisfied with their work and they were very courteous.
