sales person was nice and not pushy which I enjoyed not being hounded to make a deal and offered answers to my questions. He was knowledgeable about the tundra and told me to return if I ever had any questions about the truck.

I took my car in for standard service, I received a call that my car would be done in the next 30 minutes to go ahead and contact the shuttle driver to bring me back to the service department. Then I got a call that something had happened as the mechanic put my fuel line back in place and it broke. They now needed to replace the fuel line and they would not release my car back to me. They offered a car for me to use while my car was being fixed. This was a bit of an inconvenience since I was flying out to a conference the next day and could not come get my car. We worked through those issues with the help of my sister and the Coggin employees. Two days after getting the car back the low tire pressure light came on but the pressure in the tires is fine. I don't understand why the low tire pressure light keeps coming on and no one can ever fix it. Just a real frustrating time. Otherwise, Coggin does a great job.
