My car was taken care of thanks to maied

Awesome!!! Ron is very professional and knowledgeable regarding my car services. He always make sure that I take care of all my car repairs to ensure safe driving. He is the main reason I have all my car services provided at Coggin Toyota.

This might get long, so bare with me. I like to put off any type of work on my car, until it’s actually falling apart and may kill me. I like to say it’s the daredevil in me, tempting fate; but, its more likely just sheer laziness. (That, and, it’s reached a level of dirty I can’t come back from). We all roll our eyes at the spoiled, daddy’s girl, “I don’t do manual labor” stereotype (that I’m sure you often see come through your doors).. She’s probably most often blonde, clueless, and easily distracted. She’d probably also have a 3 pound, fluffy dog in her purse. Well, allow me to introduce myself as your poster child. Of course my pup is 3.5 pounds, but who’s counting? My vehicle knowledge goes about as far as hands at 10 and 2, and try not to spill your beer (obviously kidding!..lol) in short, I’m the reason female drivers everywhere get a bad name. I’m painting this picture for you, because it should be made clear that roles reversed.. I’d hate me, too. I had a dog with me, for Christ’s sake...I earned a little ridicule. But, that wasn’t the case. I was met with pleasant, professional people, ready to help. Service-pro, Ruben, went above and beyond to get my car back to “is no longer a threat to society”status. He color coded issues, by importance, to keep me from getting confused, and explained things in a comprehensive and thorough way. I am very grateful for everyone I encountered during this process, but Ruben, especially, exceeded expectations. I never felt taken advantage of, nor obligated. There was no wait, I took the shuttle to the mall, and my car was ready right at the time estimated. Even better..the guy washed my car for me! ...a car that hasn’t seen suds in YEARS. Thank you for making it all painless and efficient. I have been going to Coggin Toyota Ave every since I had my 2017 Toyota Corolla I had nothing but good experience there at that location on Phillips Highway I will recommend anybody that's my friends are family to go in the service department myself would like to work there as well
