I just want to brag on the customer service of Coggin Toyota at the Avenues! I bought my car here a year ago and have only been getting it serviced here since then. The customer service is great but Ben was especially helpful! I was having a pretty bad day yesterday but you guys made it so much better! I got my car serviced and on my way home one of my tires popped. After I got the spare on, I came back and they fixed it in no time!

I called Tuesday afternoon and was able to secure an appointment for Wednesday morning at 0800 with no problem. The dealer offered suggestion for additional maintenance, some of which I agreed to and some not. The 50K service took about 2-1/2 hours total while I waited.
