Great Service!

The greeting of the staff, Ashley was very helpful and willing to help. The wait time was exactly as I was told and the checkout with Ben was smooth.

Very professional service from Shawn in the service department and the rental car team.

I paid for an interior vacuum, window cleaning, wipe down door jamb, the 15$ package. This was not done. The free car wash was also not done. I know it’s only 15$, but it leaves a spector of doubt about what else was missed.

Good experience but bit disappointed due to not having car wash during my two last visit. Please ensure my car is washed. New car owners are important so do the customers who service cars for 15+ years!!!!!

my experience was good wait time was just a bit to long i know its just a free car wash but yall can do just a lil bit better over the past i have had better this time it really sucked sorry also they should check every before they give vehicle back i just happen to check my valve caps on my tires they all was loose and missing one everytime i go to this one they always lose one are more of them then they say we dont see them sorry we will give you the black caps no thanks so i purchase some and then they lose them again maybe ill start going to another location to see how they do thanks
