Waiting time was short for the oil change service which is good.

Didn't check my tire inflation. Everything else was good.

I made an appointment to have my 2018 Highlander serviced before going on a 10 day trip out of state. James Hoffman had the technicians check all normal systems. Even though my car had only 37000 miles since purchase, he expressed concerned about the age of the tires for us with the interstate driving due to age of the tires original to the car and our age at having possible tire issues. I just celebrated my 80th birthday! He explained options and suggested a great tire, answered my many questions very courteously. I felt he was thinking of my needs more than “selling” tires. He is a fine customer rep and I am so happy with my great easy to drive car. He takes time to explain and listen.

Easy to make an appt online. Easy check in. Always great service from the guys at the desk. Still takes too long, but the rental for only 25$ is worth it to go back home instead of waiting in the shop.

While we had a problem with the first Toyota Tacoma we purchased just two weeks earlier, the to the dealership was wonderful in rectifying the situation.Below are some of the employees we had positive experiences with. The sales manager, Eric, was very friendly and was able to take care of all of our needs. He, then, turned us over to Zach McIntyre who was so friendly and helpful to us. He took a lot of time to help us pick out a great Tacoma. GM John Clark helped to keep this Toyota customer happy be agreeing to help us pick out a new Tacoma after some issues with the first one. The Finance department made this transaction and paperwork so easy.

I used the after hours box after leaving the Jags game and coming out to a car with a dead battery. They were able to diagnose and reply to me by 8:00 am.
