Ben was my service rep, I had a concern about one of the charges and he quickly addressed and resolved it. Ben was courteous and helpful. The shuttle driver Frank was very pleasant and engaging. The service was very good. This is the third time I’ve gone in to get my vehicle serviced; I am very satisfied with the experiences I’ve had at Coggin Toyota!

Scheduled an oil change online. Showed up, was greeted promptly, and signed in quickly. Amanda even told me there was a software recall she’d have completed while it was there. I left the dealership. Four hours later, Amanda called and told me that the vehicle was ready. Amanda had another person, but she multitasked and got us both checked out quickly. Outside of truck was washed as requested.
