Overall good experience. It was a good call by the service advisor to cover a loaner and have me come back than wait for hours on my repairs. Definitely more respectful of my time.

I would like to recognize John Schaffer, he provided us an outstanding customer service; He was very pleasant during onboarding/checking in. He kept us informed on the status of my car and very efficient in connecting with us. We have been a customer since 2003 and John is one unique individual.
