The greeting and repair were fine. Picking up my car after 5pm when all the service advisors were gone and mine didn’t tell me who to see to get my car.

sales guy was excellent. not pushy and very helpful. he personally went out of his was to deliver our missing floor mats on his own time. awesome service!!!!

Duane Clinton and Hank Lockett were consummate professionals throughout all of our business dealings with them. They also assisted with our efforts to resolve a critical service issue on our other vehicle, a Toyota Tacoma.Duane was also very diligent in tracking down the RAV 4 with the exact features that we desired.

Coggins Toyota has been my go-to place for auto service on my Highlander. The Service department is focused on customer satisfaction, and Chris Horsley, the service manager, kept me informed on every step of the service.

Salesman was a 5+ Zachary McIntyre but there was some hiccups with financing. Too much non-related talking and we missed that the price on the paperwork went up $10k but that is partially on us since we should have paid closer attention. Now we are trading in the 4Runner for a hybrid Venza which is really what I wanted in the first place but that 4Runner was so nice looking I jumped the gun! However, we want to start traveling more so the Venza makes more sense for the gas mileage. Oh and they did fix the finance paperwork so we are just waiting on a credit that seems to take forever 🤷🏻‍♀️😜
