Wait of 3 1/2 - 4 hours was more then I anticipated with a appointment. Wrong windshield wipers were installed which I discovered when I got home. A 26 inch was installed on the drivers side which was sweeping up on the roof. It should been a 22 inch. When I called the service person said she would arrange for a credit for the wipers to my account which I appreciate. I understand stuff happens and I will return happy as I have been in the past with Coggin.

The staff is friendly. My service advisor Elmedin is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. George from the shuttle is also very friendly. Out of all the dealerships I’ve been too, I have had a good experience in Coggin.
