I worked with Brady and Matthew. Both are very good at their jobs as they listened and calmly had me explain what occurred. (The car seemed to be rolling through the brake at a busy intersection. ) They had the mechanics look over the entire brake system and test drive the car. I think they may have tightened the brake pedal as it feels better to me. The best we could guess is that the ac compressor kicked in just as I was braking, causing the roll. But the best is that they kept looking.

My experience with the entire team at Coggin was very good. My husband and I are very happy with my purchase, other than the fact I there was a 'pledge of intent' to find & provide to me the second key to my vehicle, for which there has been no follow up.I'm still hoping that was a sincere offer, because this is not a best practice to sell a car of this value with only one key, and seems in comparrison to the overall experience, an extremely undesirable circumstance. I suggested during that conversation, that If they couldn't find it, they could make me a new one, and include it with my paperwork when it is mailed.AT LEAST, l might be offered the option of purchasing a second key at cost, as the key they provided me does not seem like the usual master fob (for lack of better term) the vehicle should of come with. Waiting to hear back on that still - but understand the Labor Day weekend / sales / end of the month etc, may have caused a delay in follow up. Other than that, I will definitely consider becoming a "Customer for Life.", and appreciated the professional and pleasant experience with your team.
