I’ve been to Coggin service center many times over….the wait time was a nightmare… However my last visit at the service center was outstanding…I was sooo shocked when attended call my name…to tell me that my car was finished.Yay

my issue is that the tire pressure on the report said 35psi but mt indicator said 31-32psi so wondering if they even checked the tire pressure. now i have to put more air in my tires. so that make me wonder if they even check all the other items on the list.

Purchased new RAV but it came with options that I didn't order. Salesman, Jim, was apologetic nevertheless this cost us addional cash.We wanted to put more down than the finance guy thought (I take the blame for this) but when pointed out he wouldn't rerun the paperwork to reflect lower financing.

Live 2 mins from Arlington Toyota. Have been 3x and horrible. I was so pleased with service and how personable the service reps were to the customer.
