Very thorough and clean and polite

Scheduler and technician could not have been more polite! Excellent communication of expected arrival time and what was seen/addressed during the job. Staff is on the ball!!

The operator called me in advance and showed up when he said he would. Wrote me a quote, suggested additional service that fit my pet need and performed the job in timely manner. I was impressed he was able to bring back to life 20 year old Berber carpet.

Demarcus was fast and did an excellent job!

The cleaner was professional. However I don't think the $75.00 charge for a second man should not be charged. The second man was already at my house cleaning furniture and he helped to carry the area rug to the truck. I just don't feel that service is an extra charge of $75.00 plus the service charge.
