Since the work done did not clean my rugs well I would like a partial refund if possible

The operator called me in advance and showed up when he said he would. Wrote me a quote, suggested additional service that fit my pet need and performed the job in timely manner. I was impressed he was able to bring back to life 20 year old Berber carpet.
