From start to finish COIT was excellent. Friendly and considerate staff called to confirm appointments and they arrived on time calling ahead to let us know they were close to my house. The service people were also very friendly and helpful they made the whole process very painless. I know we are breathing better after the deep clean of the air ducts

The floors look great, but there are a couple of areas there the surface lifted up.

Excellent

The first visit was not up to par. The servicers left some vent grates off and debris from the cold air returns was left on the floor. They also missed cleaning a vent. COIT did send a technician out to complete the job. Immediately after they left my AC quit. I left a VM with the tech wanting to know if they could have touched something on the HVAC system. I have yet to hear back.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I had blinds taken for cleaning, HVAC and carpet and wood floors cleaned. Each technician was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable m, Thank you
