Excellent

The first visit was not up to par. The servicers left some vent grates off and debris from the cold air returns was left on the floor. They also missed cleaning a vent. COIT did send a technician out to complete the job. Immediately after they left my AC quit. I left a VM with the tech wanting to know if they could have touched something on the HVAC system. I have yet to hear back.

I couldn’t be more pleased. I had blinds taken for cleaning, HVAC and carpet and wood floors cleaned. Each technician was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable m, Thank you

Our fellas were very cordial & polite. They worked hard & did a very good job on our grout. Mike came 2 see our area rugs 2 b cleaned & was most friendly. We felt Coit would do a good job after talking with him!
