The service were great. When I had to leave town and I call them they were very patient with me I like that no rushing me to get back very patient.

Coit service was awesome! It was on time on schedule and the workers were very knowledgeable.

Jeff was excellent. The quality of the cleaning done on the rugs was the best I have ever seen. I also appreciate the ease with which it was to communicate with the Coit team.

There had been some confusion over a rescheduled time for the cleaning to occur. Even though I was told over the phone by an employee that someone was called into work specifically to do our job, and would be there in the afternoon, no one arrived before 5:00 P.M. He had been at a large office job all day. I. had made several calls to Coit that day and received different stories, so I felt like someone was not being truthful with me. Overall, the person who did the job was great job at making sure the carpeting was not overly saturated, so that it wouldn't take days to finish drying. This would have received 5 stars otherwise. I expect total honesty.
