COIT cleaned our couch and the apholstery on 2 of our chairs. Staff was timely, extremely courteous and the communication with the company was excellent. Removed stains and dirt completely. Very satisfied with their work and will hire them again.

I would probably like to actually speak to a person. The young man did an OK job on my sofa, but I was not impressed. I understand some of the stains were difficult to remove seeing how my couch is White. But it also does not look like any attention was paid to the trim or binding for lack of a better word..

Incomplete information was given to the cleaner from the Cout iffine and he had to come back the bext day with all the equipment he needed. The cleaning went very well and floors and upholstery look great.
