From the initial estimate to the finishing of our HVAC/ dryer vent cleaning “, our experience with COIT was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 excellent! Joe came and explained our options. Coit schedulers were polite on the phone and Joe knew everything about the company. He is a great manager and was so proud of the company- this gave me great confidence in COIT Services. Joe included cleaning carpet, tile and all COIT services in his bids giving me all my options. I was amazed at how connected he was to the company and his pride in getting work scheduled quickly (I had a deadline). Joe expertly saw an opportunity to schedule my service the same day. SUPER opportunity for me so I signed upfor service. Jeremy came to provide the cleaning service. He figured out necessary filter replacents, took care of every vent in the condo and our dryer vent. Jeremy was professional, cleaned up everything (covers shoes) , he made sure everything was clean - no cutting corners. Great first experience with COIT. I would highly recommend.

Everything from takedown to installation was done with excellent precision. Cleaning did not damage the valance material and it looks great.
