The representative came on time and was quick and efficient with his work.

There are still some stains in the carpet.i am not pleased

COIT cleaned a very large carpet for us that had not been cleaned for many years. They did an excellent job, including removing spots, for a very reasonable price and in less than an hour. We are very pleased and will definitely use them again.

My technician Chris was great! Super friendly but not overly chatty. Very efficient with his time. We have wall-to-wall carpet in every room in our condo. He got all the stains out and it looks fantastic. We love using COIT!

The upstairs area and stairs Came out great. Unfortunately the lower level barely looked Clean. It didn’t come out well.

My sofa looks brand new — technician did an excellent job. Carpet and stairs look great too. My only issue was the timing. It would be helpful to be able to request a shorter window of time (I was given 8:00-10:00, with the technician arriving at 10:00). I had called Coit the day before and was told the technician would call when en route. That didn’t happen and I’m not sure the technician was even aware. But that aside, I’m very pleased with the service.
