I think the family room could have been a lot better. I'm not sure if it was deodorized as requested. There is no mildew on the carpet like it indicated on the sheet. Dark spot near recliners could have been done better. How do I know if protectant was applied?

We had Steve clean our white sofa and chaise lounge. Our granddog loves sleeping on the sofa and leaves little black paw prints on it. Steve made them disappear! We are very happy with the job he did.
