Great job

I will NEVER use COIT again. The job was just to simple to end up with such poor results. I requested a sofa, love seat and a chair to be cleaned. It was my understanding that it could only be dry cleaned. The process consisted of vacuuming the furniture, then drying cleaned. There were areas where it was only vacuumed and the dust and dirt not removed from areas as well as areas that were not dry cleaned. I also requested two (teal blue) area rugs to be cleaned. The rugs appeared to have been cleaned with dirty murky water and the end of one rug appeared to have been torn up on the ends as if it had got caught in the carpet cleaner. By day 2 the rugs had a foul mildew smell and because of the condition they were left in, I was forced to throw them away. What a shame. A very poor job. never again ☹️☹️😢😢😢

The first time ever that spots were removed. The person you used performed a superior job and deserves Kudos!! Will use again. Thank you.
