Our HOA has a three-story staircase that was looking grimy. Coit's commercial carpet crew showed up on time, did a thorough job, posted signs to make sure people were aware of the (very temporary) slipping hazard, and we're all done in about an hour. And the carpet looks like new. Thanks guys!
