We were pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning. The 2-man team was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. It was overall a good experience.

Appreciated that Staff came on time, within 2-hour window they gave to us the day before. They did a careful and thorough job with our upholstered sectional sofa. The only downside is that they didn’t have necessary equipment to steam clean our 9x12 wool area rug.

I was pleased with cleaning the tile in the kitchen, hallway downstairs and at entryway at the gate into my house. The upholstery was well cleaned on the sofa, loveseat and chair. The carpets in the living room and dining room were good but was not pleased with cleaning of bedroom carpets. But someone came back to clean bedroom carpet near the bedroom window. But I was not pleased with the waxing and cleaning of the stairs. I love the time frame 2-hour window for service. I have used Coit before and will continue to use this service as long as workers are thorough.
