Quick , easy and straightforward. Excellent carpet cleaning.

I don’t feel like the carpet was cleaned well. I went in with my handheld bissel and got out a lot more stains than COIT. Kind of a waste of money. And the tech clearly did not want to review anything with me.

Miguel did a fabulous job on our carpets, I think the best we've ever experienced. We will call COIT again when it's time for the next cleaning.

The technician Dominic did a nice job. He explained everything, and was courteous and careful. I’m less happy with our estimate, which did not adequately explain the rather invasive process needed to access the ducts. One I understood that I chose to not have our new upstairs unit cleaned. Rather frustrating.

Our technician, Tony, was excellent at his craft. He was extremely knowledgeable and determined to remove some tough pet stains we had...success! We will request Tony next time we need our carpets and rugs cleaned!
