They did a great job on our carpets, upholstery and grout!!

The tech came in time. The service was good. Only thing that was disappointing was that there was really no 40% discount. I was told of the discount when I called to schedule the appointment.

The technician was polite, efficient and thorough.

We normally don’t do surveys, but n this case I am more than happy to share our experience. The people that bid and did the project were very personal and professional. The job consisting of sofa and carpeted areas took two hours and he did a fabulous job. We have used them in the past and will in the future.

Your technicians were great, they did a good job. But for tile and carpet I felt even with 40% off it was too expensive.

Bathroom and shower were done great but water in basement right below bathroom. Fabric recliner was clean and dried within 10hrs. Asked specifically for move and clean under couch (offered help) but not done.

3 Persian carpets up to largest @ 8X10 feet were taken to COIT for a week for cleaning plus in home carpeted stairs of 15 steps were cleaned in place. Each step was on schedule, carried out with friendly, informed and efficient staff.

A bottle of red wine got spilled on our newly carpeted stairway. I blotted and treated as much as I could that evening, but the affected stairs still showed a pinkish stain. Had Coit come immediately the next morning to continue treating. Unfortunately, they were not able to lift the pink stain out of the carpet. I don’t think it was the fault of the Coit operator, just the nature of red wine stains. Carpet is a cream color.

We had our carpets cleaned by Miguel. He did an excellent job and explained what he would be doing. He was professional and easy to converse with. We would be very happy to have him back the next time we need our carpets cleaned and would recommend him to anyone who needed theirs cleaned.
