The man that came to clean told us to get a cover and left without cleaning our couch

When he went to enter my credit card #'s either he or the billing woman on the phone put the #'s in incorrectly and the card was declined. I called the bank and that is what the bank told me. The card should NEVER HAVE BEEN DECLINED !

I don’t have time for screw ups. And you screwed up three times before you picked up my cushions.

The carpet work was fine except for some areas in basement were “crunchy” after drying. One area rug was not cleaned thoroughly, as if the dirt was just moved around and settled in one area. It required 2 additional follow-up cleanings (including one by the supervisor) to get it right. The wood floor cleaning and finishing job was excellent, we are very happy with the outcome.

I’m very pleased with my area rugs that were cleaned. The two guys that did both the pickup and return were awesome!!!

I have used Coit in the past and have always received excellent service. I have hired Coit again to clean my area rugs and to shampoo two bedrooms.

On time. Quite was very reasonable. Javonte was able to clean my carpets the same day. Great job!
