Technician was friendly and did his best. Scheduler was phenomenal- I had to change the date multiple times and she really came through without even a complaint.

I had a large 10' x 13' interior rug cleaned. To take it to their facility it would have cost approximately $500 which was way too much, so I was given the option to have it cleaned out on my patio as to avoid damaging my floors for a little less than $300, but was not told the extra services I would not be receiving doing this, so essentially I still paid more for less. The gentlemen that did the cleaning was polite, speedy, and thorough. He even came back when I thought there was still staining on the rug, but he respectfully explained to me that it was the area of the rug that used to be under my couch, thus not as faded. This made complete sense. All in all, I don't feel I got a value cleaning due to the exorbitantly high prices Coit charges.

Alex did a great job. However one blind did not go down to the window sill as it had previously been.

We always use Coif. They are definitely not the cheapest but they do an excellent job. My carpet is about 30 years old. I had it cleaned this week by Tony. friends came over the next day and commented how great it looks. He also did my dinning chairs that I thought about replacing. It gave them a new lease on life!
