The techs are always professional and courteous. They make sure they know my concerns and what needs extra attention. Also, if I need to have them come back they do. They give good explanations about what they are doing. Thank you for taking good care of us!

The technician Dominic did a nice job. He explained everything, and was courteous and careful. I’m less happy with our estimate, which did not adequately explain the rather invasive process needed to access the ducts. One I understood that I chose to not have our new upstairs unit cleaned. Rather frustrating.

Our technician, Tony, was excellent at his craft. He was extremely knowledgeable and determined to remove some tough pet stains we had...success! We will request Tony next time we need our carpets and rugs cleaned!

The tech came in time. The service was good. Only thing that was disappointing was that there was really no 40% discount. I was told of the discount when I called to schedule the appointment.

I was relying on the expertise of the person who came out and did the estimate, and said yes, we should be able to get all this dirt in traffic pattern out of the carpet. It is improved, but it falls short of doing what I had hoped if I knew it would look like the way it does I would’ve put the money into new carpet

We normally don’t do surveys, but n this case I am more than happy to share our experience. The people that bid and did the project were very personal and professional. The job consisting of sofa and carpeted areas took two hours and he did a fabulous job. We have used them in the past and will in the future.
