Welll 1st of all the gentlemen was supposed to give me 2 hour window he called and said he was on his way. At the time I did not think anything about it but when he arrived he said Hi and pick up the carpet and left without saying anything . So I gave him a poor rating. On the other person who brought the carpet back was very nice and he even took the carpet down stairs and put it where I showed him where I wanted it to go.
